DAY 1
Olive tracks
After crossing the ferry and arriving at Tanger, one can immediately feel a different atmosphere, its now time to start our journey and travel in the direction of the heart of Morocco. We will experience the first off road tracks through landscapes with resemblances of southern Europe. In the afternoon, we will arrive at Fez.
DAY 2
The bones of the earth
After the morning briefing, we will ride heading south in the direction of the junction between the middle and the high atlas, crossing the amazing Cedar Gouraud Forest where we will spot the forest monkeys, through breathtaking landscapes, ending with views of the Jbel Ayachi, the high mountain peak that rises up to 3.750 mts and can be seen from our destination, Midelt.
DAY 3
Now it's for real
From the mountain to the desert, we will start our descent to south in the direction of the Sahara. Rocky and slower tracks in the morning with cooller temperatures, faster and dustier tracks in the afternoon. We will arrive at Arfoud, a city and Oasis close to Merzouga dunes known as Erg Chebbi.
DAY 4
The dune trials
That's the day of our loop stage at the heart of Sahara, golden landscapes and dune crossing for the bolder ones, there will be fun for all and a shorter stage to enjoy and relax in the Hotel's swimming pool at the end of the afternoon.
DAY 5
Ecos of heat
Four days have passed, the group in accumulating memories and intense experiences. As we go deeper in the immense desert landscape, the more advanced level participants will go through the iconic Ramlia village, the fesh-fesh and the Reris river bed crossing, the only untouched stage since we started a decade ago. Heading our night sleeping in a bivouac, at the arrival, one can experience the golden sunset at the dunes having a refreshing drink while relaxing.
DAY 6
Eat, sleep, ride, repeat
We will start slowly but steadily moving north and up leaving the desert and getting into the mountain and rocky tracks again. At the end of our day, we will arrive in Boumalne Dadès also know as the gate of Dadès Valley, series of rugged gorges carved out by the Dadès River, full of small Berber villages and beautiful viewpoits including the zig zag road and the monkey fingers rocks.
DAY 7
The maze of stone
We will continue our climb through the maze of stone crossing the middle Atlas mountains, now upwards, in the direction of the plains between the middle and the high Atlas to arrive to the the bed of Lac Aguelmane Sidi Ali where we are going to sleep.
DAY 8
Cooling down
This will be the last stage and one of the longest of the whole trip. As we move north, the landscape resemblance with southern Europe increases and after the Atlas descent the plains will take us through the coastal roads to the vibrant city of Tanger, where we will sleepover and have the last group dinner..
DAY 9
Miles to meaning
It's time for farewell and say good bye to Morocco and see you soon to your adventure companions, the ones that lived an unique experience with you for a full week. Whilst we cross the Strait of Gibraltar by ferry back to Spain, eventually tired and sore, you will have all the vibrant memories bubbling in your mind and your soul filled with intense sensations from the unique experience that only the freedom of riding a motorcycle off road in a country like Morocco can provide.
